The hotel's location near a beach and the town centre was fantastic for exploring the area. We loved being able to walk to the beach and enjoy the beautiful scenery. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained, providing everything we needed for a comfortable stay.
Nothing it is perfect.

The staff were extrememly helpful and welcoming. Accomodation was excellent, exactly what we needed and clean. The swimmining pool and sauna were nice to use after a busy day out exploring, perhaps a bit small though with the amount of children were using it too! The location was a good base for all of the places we wanted to see, would definatly stay again.

Spent Xmas in a hotel by the coast. Enjoyed the indoor swimming pool, sauna and steam room. The hotel's location provided easy access to the beach and town, we walked to both. Another benefit was the daily welcome basket with fresh bread and croissants delivered to our door.
Although the hotel had activities for kids, the entertainment room was a bit too small. The room could not accommodate all the children staying at the hotel.

Clean, tidy, compact. Close to town centre and beaches Safe and secure for younger children. Bright roomy apartments Nice outside semi- private area,
The hot water heated up overnight. We had no hot water form 4pm through to the following morning. If they wish you to thoroughly clean the rooms before you leave it would be a good idea to provide more equipment and materials, Public areas close too early, and reception should ideally be staffed throughout the day. (there is a break form 12noon through to 4pm) Dog pooh on the lawned areas (several areas)

The indoor swimming pool was a good asset on a bad weather day.
The toilet (wc) was on the ground floor and the bathroom on the first floor however no sink was provided in the wc area which is unhygenic.

The location of the hotel is great, just a short walk to the town and the beach, making it convenient for exploring and enjoying the seaside. the free shuttle bus that stops right outside the residence is a bonus, especially if you don't feel like walking. Plus, being on the Brittany Ferries website makes it easy to book and plan your trip.
The cleanliness of the bed spreads and walls in some of the rooms.

Great location, only 10 min drive from the ferry at Roscoff & only a 5 min walk to either the beach or the lovely town of Saint Pol de Leon. Apartment was spacious & clean with outside space. The staff were excellent & very friendly.
The only place you can get wifi is reception & The signal kept dropping.

Staying here was a last minute emergency when our previous place got a burst pipe. When we arrived it said that reception was closed all a Weds, however someone soon came t assist us and showed us to our apartment. It was just what we needed, room for the kids and one for us, all the mod cons we needed for a 4 day break. Location is excellent, beach I at the bottom of the road. All the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Our kids loved the pool, no slides but they did not care. Very well priced as well, we paid €61 / night in late May. I reckon we will be back as its certainly better than a hotel or staying with the father in law!

The rooms were modern and equipped with everything we needed. the location of the hotel was key, with the beach and town centre just down the road. the best part was the heated indoor pool which was perfect to escape the winter chill.
The outdoor pool was closed for maintenance, but what was even worse was that it was not communicated to us before our arrival.
